Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Eva Novelli – Italian Confidence Coach, we value your time, commitment, and learning experience. This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds work for all lessons, coaching packages, and digital services purchased through this website.


1. Booking Cancellations & Rescheduling

Private lessons may be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session time.

If you cancel at least 24 hours in advance, you may choose either:

  • A full refund
  • Or a rescheduled lesson at no additional cost

Cancellation requests must be made through email or direct contact before the lesson begins.


2. Late Cancellations & No-Shows

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled session are generally non-refundable.

Missed lessons or no-shows are considered completed sessions and are not eligible for refunds.

However, in exceptional circumstances or emergencies, we may review requests individually and do our best to help fairly.


3. Coaching Packages

Lesson packages are designed to reserve dedicated coaching time and personalized preparation.

Refunds for unused sessions may be considered only if:

  • No sessions have yet been completed
  • Or exceptional circumstances apply

Once sessions from a package have been used, completed sessions become non-refundable.


4. Monthly Community Subscription

The Monthly Italian Practice Community is a recurring subscription service.

You may cancel your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation stops future renewals only and does not refund previous payments already processed.


5. Digital Products

Any digital products, ebooks, downloadable materials, or online resources are non-refundable once access has been provided.


6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method whenever possible.

Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider (PayPal, Stripe, or bank).
